Z-Success
It's a state of BEING, not a matter of DOING

A pediatrician asked a little girl: "Sweetheart, when you grow-up, what would you like to become?"

And the little girl said, "When I grow up, I would like to become a person."

That is what success is all about...... in becoming a person... in believing in the person you want to become because "Successful people are not only leaders or followers, successful people are Believers."

The late Andrew Carnegie once said, "We develop people in precisely the same way we mine gold. When we go in a gold mine, we literally dig tons and tons of dirt before we actually find an ounce of gold. But we don't go in there looking for the dirt, we always go in there looking for the gold."

In life, if we want to become successful, then we need to look for the gold and not the mold, that we hold.

There is a story about two life guards who saved the life of this hot shot celebrity surfer. This celebrity while surfing got injured by a giant tidal wave.

When he came out of the waters the media asked the celebrity: "How did you survive this big breaker?"

And he responded: "By depending on myself."

One of the life guards told the other: "But, that is not true, we saved his life."

And the other lifeguard responded:

"Our purpose is to save lives, it doesn't matter who gets the credit."

Likewise successful people enjoy success at the service of others not at the expense of others.

But sometimes in life when we don't get the credit, we tend to throw dirt on others, not realizing that:

"When we throw dirt on others we lose our own ground."

Let me demonstrate this with a visual exercise:

I want you to visualize the following:

Imagine your self picking up dirt and getting ready to throw at someone.

Now stop. Put the dirt down, and examine your own hands.

Did your hands get dirty???

My Dear Friends....

"We cannot throw dirt on others without getting some on ourselves."

Likewise: "Fragrance lies in the hands that gives the rose."

Success is a state of being, not a matter of doing, because we are HUMAN BEINGS not
HUMAN DOINGS.

Success is not in hitting the headlines.
Success is in reaching the heartlines.

That is truly the essence of Z-Success
